Built for agencies delivering files to clients. When a deliverable is approved, a copy is made and set to public access for the client.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Task Completed" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Copy File" from Google Drive.
- Add the action "Set public access" from Google Drive.
- Connect your Google Drive account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
