What does this automation do?
Completing the approval task is what sends the mail. An agent checks the draft against your rules first, then Gmail sends it.
What can you do with it?
- Keep a human in the loop on anything that leaves the company
- Check the draft against your rules before it goes out
- Leave an audit trail of who approved which message
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Taskade — Task Completed
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Send Checker")
- Then Gmail — Send Draft
- Then Taskade — Add Comment
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Send Checker" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your brand voice, disclosure requirements and forbidden claims, remembers the wording it has had to correct before, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for regulated, legal and brand-sensitive teams. Completing the approval task is what sends the mail. An agent checks the draft against your rules first, then Gmail sends it.
