Taskade for Agencies
Taskade lets an agency build each client a real app from a prompt, run it under the agency's brand, and keep it working with AI agents and automations. Every app comes with hosting, a database, and client sign-in on every plan. Pro connects up to 10 custom domains for your clients' apps, Business and up connect unlimited custom domains, and one flat price covers all of them.
What each client gets
Each client gets a live app built for their business, not a fixed portal with your logo on top.
- A live app with hosting and a database. Taskade Genesis builds dashboards, intake forms, booking pages, and client portals from one prompt. Projects are the database, so every app carries the data model you design for that client.
- Client sign-in. Clients and their staff sign in to the app on every plan. Sign-in confirms who each person is. To keep each client to their own records, you match the records to that login and test it with a second account.
- AI agents that work inside the app. Agents answer questions, draft reports, and research on the client's own files and projects.
- Automations that keep running. Automations move the work between steps and across 100+ integrations, every day in the background. Business includes 10,000 automation runs a month.
Custom domains for your clients' apps
On Business, you can publish your clients' apps on custom domains, for example portal.yourclient.com. Buy a domain inside Taskade, or connect one the client already owns with a CNAME record. SSL is automatic.
Your brand on apps and agents
Business puts your brand on the work and keeps ours out of the way:
- Your app colors and SEO settings on every published app.
- Taskade branding hidden on public agents, with your own background and share image.
- No "Powered by Taskade" badge on published apps (from Pro up).
Start each client from a ready-made app
Browse live apps in the app gallery and clone a kit for each client when its creator allows cloning. Each copy is independent, so you can change one client's app without touching another's. Rename it, change the fields, add the client's agents, and publish it on their domain.
One plan, one AI allowance
Business is one flat plan with no per-client fee. Your team gets unlimited seats, and the monthly AI credits form one allowance that every client app draws from. Add a client and the price stays the same. A hosted MCP server comes with every paid plan, and webhooks with Pro and up, so you can connect the client's other tools when a job needs it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I put my clients' apps on custom domains?
Yes. Build one app for each client, and on Business publish it on a custom domain. Buy the domain inside Taskade, or connect one the client already owns.
Do client logins keep each client's data separate?
Sign-in confirms who a visitor is. It does not hide other records on its own. To keep each client to their own records, you match the records to the login and test it with a second account before you share the app. Client sign-in works on every plan.
What does white-label cover today?
Your app colors, SEO settings, and Taskade branding hidden on public agents, from Business up. The "Powered by Taskade" badge comes off published apps from Pro up.
Is there a fee for each client?
No. Business is one flat plan for the whole workspace, with unlimited seats and no per-client fee. Adding a client app does not change the price.
Can I reuse one setup for many clients?
Yes. Clone a kit from the app gallery for each client when its creator allows cloning, or duplicate your own app. Each copy is independent, so a change for one client stays with that client.
Can the apps connect to the tools my clients already use?
Yes. Automations connect to 100+ integrations, with triggers that pull events in and actions that push data out. Every paid plan adds the hosted MCP server, and Pro and up add webhooks and HTTP request actions. See /integrations.
How do I join the agency program?
Use Join the agency program at the top of this page. Name the clients you serve and the apps you want to build, and the team replies by email.
