What does this automation do?
Open vendor work is reviewed daily against the agreed service levels, and each breach becomes an owned task with evidence.
What can you do with it?
- Find the breach on the day it happens, not at renewal
- Attach the evidence to the task that raises it
- Avoid raising the same breach twice in one week
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Day
- Then Taskade — Find Task(s)
- Then Loop over each open vendor item past its service level — Ask Agent, Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Vendor SLA Auditor" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows each vendor contract and its service levels, remembers every breach it has already raised, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for vendor and supplier managers. Open vendor work is reviewed daily against the agreed service levels, and each breach becomes an owned task with evidence.
How do you set it up?
