What does this automation do?
Every intake form is read, checked against your acceptance rules, and either given an owner or sent back for detail.
What can you do with it?
- Stop the queue filling with requests nobody can action yet
- Give every accepted request an owner the moment it lands
- Keep the acceptance reasoning on the task instead of in a reply
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Forms — New Response
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Intake Reviewer")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
- Then Taskade — Assign Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Intake Reviewer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your intake and acceptance rules, remembers every request it has already cleared, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for operations teams running a shared request queue. Every intake form is read, checked against your acceptance rules, and either given an owner or sent back for detail.
