What does this Google Sheets automation do?
New rows are classified by AI and land in the right project without anyone reading them first.
What can you do with it?
- Sort mixed intake into the right queue automatically
- Cut the manual first-pass read on every submission
- Keep the category on the task so reporting works later
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Sheets — New Row
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Intake Triage")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Intake Triage" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your queues and which team owns each kind of request, remembers how similar rows were routed before, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for support and operations teams. New rows are classified by AI and land in the right project without anyone reading them first.
How do you set it up?
