What does this Google Sheets automation do?
AI drafts a tailored follow-up for each new row and files it for a human to send.
What can you do with it?
- Get a first draft written the moment the row lands
- Keep the wording specific to that row, not a template
- Leave the send decision with a person
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Sheets — New Row
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Follow-Up Writer")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Follow-Up Writer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your tone of voice, offers and standard objection answers, remembers which openers earned a reply, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
