What does this Google Forms automation do?
A response that reads as urgent is emailed straight to the on-call owner.
What can you do with it?
- Skip the queue when it matters
- Let AI judge urgency from the wording, not a dropdown
- Keep an audit trail of what was escalated
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Forms — New Response
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("On-Call Triage")
- Then Filter — continue only when the agent judged the response urgent
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "On-Call Triage" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your urgency criteria and the on-call rota, remembers which responses turned out to be genuinely urgent, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
