What does this Google Forms automation do?
Each application is scored against your criteria and filed with the reasoning attached.
What can you do with it?
- Get a first-pass read on every application
- Keep the reasoning visible for fair review
- Spend interview time on the strongest candidates
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Forms — New Response
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Application Screener")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Application Screener" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your role scorecards and must-have criteria, remembers which candidates made it past interview, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
