What does this Google Calendar automation do?
A new event’s description is read and turned into a structured agenda in a project.
What can you do with it?
- Turn a one-line invite into a real agenda
- Give attendees something to read beforehand
- Keep the agenda editable by everyone
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Calendar — New or Updated Event
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Agenda Writer")
- Then Taskade — Create Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Agenda Writer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your meeting formats and standing agenda items, remembers the last agenda for this series, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
