How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Every week" from Schedule.
- Add the action "List Tasks" from ClickUp.
- Add a Loop step: Loop over each ticket with no movement this week — Get Task, Ask an agent, Create Task Comment.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
