What does this automation do?
Once a week every stalled ticket is opened in turn, diagnosed by an agent, and given a comment explaining what it is waiting on.
What can you do with it?
- Find the tickets nobody has touched in weeks
- Handle each one individually instead of in one vague summary
- Leave the diagnosis on the ticket so the owner can act
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then ClickUp — List Tasks
- Then Loop over each ticket with no movement this week — Get Task, Ask Agent, Create Task Comment
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Stall Watch" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your workflow states and what usually holds work up, remembers which tickets it has already chased and why, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for delivery leads running a board that quietly accumulates. Once a week every stalled ticket is opened in turn, diagnosed by an agent, and given a comment explaining what it is waiting on.
