This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Day
- Then Airtable — List Records
- Then Taskade AI — Ask AI

Built for managers and stakeholders. Records are read each morning, summarized, and emailed to people who never open Airtable.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Every Day" from Schedule.
- Add the action "List Records" from Airtable.
- Add the action "Ask AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add the action "Send Email" from Taskade.
- Connect your Airtable account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
