What does this automation do?
A short-interval sweep finds waiting tickets and an agent that knows your response targets chases the ones about to breach.
What can you do with it?
- Catch a breach while there is still time to prevent it
- Chase only what is actually at risk, on the tier that applies
- Avoid chasing the same ticket twice in a row
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every X Minutes
- Then Taskade — Find Task(s)
- Then Loop over each waiting ticket close to its response target — Ask Agent, Add Comment
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Queue Marshal" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your response targets for each support tier, remembers which tickets it already chased, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for support teams working to a response-time target. A short-interval sweep finds waiting tickets and an agent that knows your response targets chases the ones about to breach.
