What does this automation do?
Once a week the web is searched, the best sources are summarized, and an agent team turns the pile into a written brief in a project.
What can you do with it?
- Replace the Friday research scramble with a standing brief
- Split scouting, analysis and editing across named agents
- Build on last week findings instead of restarting the search
The Steps
This automation runs in 5 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Media — Search Web
- Then Media — Summarize Website
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent Team ("Research Desk")
- Then Taskade — Create Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Research Desk" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent team — Scout, Analyst, Editor — that knows your market, your category and your competitor set, remembers what it reported in previous weeks, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
