This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Trello — New Card
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Board Triage")
- Then Filter — continue only when the card is real work, not an idea or a note
- Then Taskade — Add Task

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Card" from Trello.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Board Triage".
- Add a Filter step: Filter — continue only when the card is real work, not an idea or a note.
- Add the action "Add Task" from Taskade.
- Connect your Trello account when prompted, then enable the toggle in the top-right corner.
