What does this automation do?
A new image in your shared folder gets a caption written in your channel voice and is posted as a photo, not a link.
What can you do with it?
- Publish the asset the moment it is approved and filed
- Write the caption in a voice that stays consistent
- Post native media rather than a link people ignore
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Drive — New File
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Channel Editor")
- Then Telegram Bot — Send Photo
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Channel Editor" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your channel voice, your hashtags and your posting rules, remembers which captions earned the most replies, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for marketing and content teams running a Telegram channel. A new image in your shared folder gets a caption written in your channel voice and is posted as a photo, not a link.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
