What does this automation do?
A message to the bot is read by a named agent that knows your product and remembers the conversation, then answered right there in the chat.
What can you do with it?
- Answer the common questions without a person on shift
- Give an answer that reflects your actual product, not a guess
- Build on what the agent already told this group
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Telegram Bot — New Message
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Support Bot")
- Then Telegram Bot — Send Message
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Support Bot" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your product, your pricing and your published help articles, remembers what it has already told this chat, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for support teams and community managers running a Telegram channel. A message to the bot is read by a named agent that knows your product and remembers the conversation, then answered right there in the chat.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
