When a task comes due, the request goes to Telegram with buttons and gets pinned so it stays at the top of the chat until someone answers.

Built for teams whose approvals stall in an inbox. When a task comes due, the request goes to Telegram with buttons and gets pinned so it stays at the top of the chat until someone answers.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Task Due" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Send Message" from Telegram Bot.
- Add the action "Pin Message" from Telegram Bot.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
