What does this automation do?
The welcome lands on day one. Two days later the bot checks in with a message shaped by what this member has done since.
What can you do with it?
- Reach a new member after the welcome, not instead of it
- Wait a real two days rather than firing twice at once
- Send a check-in that reflects what they did in between
The Steps
This automation runs in 5 steps:
- When Telegram Bot — New Member
- Then Delay — wait 2 days
- Then Telegram Bot — Get Chat
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Onboarding Coach")
- Then Telegram Bot — Send Message
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Onboarding Coach" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your onboarding milestones and where people usually stall, remembers what this member has already been sent, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
