What does this Shopify automation do?
A new customer record is scored, and only the ones worth a personal note become tasks.
What can you do with it?
- Spend personal attention where it pays
- Get the reasoning with the score
- Avoid manual list review
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Shopify — New Customer
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Customer Scorer")
- Then Filter — continue only when the customer scored as worth a personal note
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Customer Scorer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your best-customer profile and lifetime-value bands, remembers which customers were worth the outreach, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for founder-led and high-touch stores. A new customer record is scored, and only the ones worth a personal note become tasks.
