What does this automation do?
A new comment on an account is read for escalation signals, summarized with its history, and routed to the right owner.
What can you do with it?
- Notice an escalation in the words, not in the ticket field
- Hand the owner the account history, not just the message
- Set the response clock against the tier the account is on
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Taskade — New Comment
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Escalation Analyst")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
- Then Taskade — Assign Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Escalation Analyst" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your escalation tiers and response targets, remembers the history of every account it handles, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
