What does this automation do?
A new contract file is read, its terms compared against your standard positions, and a reviewer gets the deviations first.
What can you do with it?
- Open a review on the deviations, not on page one
- Compare each draft against the position you actually hold
- Keep a record of what each counterparty pushed for
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Drive — New File
- Then Google Drive — Read file
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Contract Reviewer")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Contract Reviewer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your standard clause positions and red lines, remembers the terms each counterparty has pushed, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for legal, finance, and commercial teams. A new contract file is read, its terms compared against your standard positions, and a reviewer gets the deviations first.
