What does this automation do?
A new policy document is read, mapped to the controls it covers, and any gap becomes a remediation task with an owner.
What can you do with it?
- Map a new document to the controls it actually evidences
- Turn a gap into an owned remediation task, not a note
- Walk into the audit with the trail already written
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Docs — New Document
- Then Google Docs — Read Document
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Compliance Reviewer")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Compliance Reviewer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your control framework and evidence rules, remembers which controls were short last cycle, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for risk, compliance, and audit teams. A new policy document is read, mapped to the controls it covers, and any gap becomes a remediation task with an owner.
