The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Slack — New Mention
- Then MCP Client — Call Tool
- Then Taskade — Send a chat message ("Ops Desk")

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Mention" from Slack.
- Add the action "Call Tool" from MCP Client.
- Add the action "Send a chat message" from Taskade. Point it at an agent called "Ops Desk".
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
