A submitted intake form is turned into structured fields by the provider your own policy approves, then opened as a project from your template.

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Submission" from Typeform.
- Add the action "Extract Structured Data" from Anthropic Claude.
- Add the action "Create Project From Template" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Send Email" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
