What does this automation do?
When the task is completed, an agent writes the summary and the flow pushes it into the outside system through an MCP tool call.

The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Taskade — Task Completed
- Then Taskade AI — Ask an agent ("Field Ops")
- Then MCP Client — Call Tool
- Then Taskade — Add a comment

The "Field Ops" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your job types, service areas and completion standards, remembers every job it has written up, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Task Completed" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Ask an agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Field Ops".
- Add the action "Call Tool" from MCP Client.
- Add the action "Add a comment" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
