What does this automation do?
Form feedback is categorized, then sent down one of three paths — unhappy gets an agent and an owner, mixed gets a task, delighted gets shared with the team.
What can you do with it?
- Reach an unhappy customer the same day they told you
- Stop good news from disappearing into a spreadsheet nobody opens
- Keep one consistent read on tone instead of five people’s judgment
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Typeform — New Submission
- Then Taskade AI — Categorize with AI
- Then Branch — Unhappy: Ask Agent, Add Task, Assign Task · Mixed or neutral: Add Task · Delighted: Send Channel Message
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Retention Desk" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your refund policy, plans and past save offers, remembers which customers it has already reached out to, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for product and CX teams running an always-open feedback form. Form feedback is categorized, then sent down one of three paths — unhappy gets an agent and an owner, mixed gets a task, delighted gets shared with the team.
