What does this automation do?
Every morning the flow finds the rows that need review and works them one at a time — an agent normalizes each row against your field rules and writes it back.
What can you do with it?
- Clean a whole sheet on a schedule instead of row by row by hand
- Apply one written rule set to every row, the same way each morning
- Get a single summary email rather than a notification per row
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Day
- Then Google Sheets — Find Row(s)
- Then Loop over each row that needs review — Ask Agent, Update Row
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Data Steward" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your field rules, naming conventions and value lists, remembers the corrections it has already made, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for operations teams whose spreadsheet is still the system of record. Every morning the flow finds the rows that need review and works them one at a time — an agent normalizes each row against your field rules and writes it back.
