- When Google Calendar — New or Updated Event

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New or Updated Event" from Google Calendar.
- Add the action "Create Project" from Taskade.
- Add a Loop step: Loop over each attendee — Find Contact, Add Task.
- Add a Delay step: Delay — wait until the day before the meeting.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Meeting Prep".
- Add the action "Send Email" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
