What does this Google Forms automation do?
Once a week, every response collected so far is pulled straight from the form and turned into a themed report.
What can you do with it?
- Find themes without reading every response
- Get the report on a schedule, not when someone has time
- Turn findings into follow-up tasks in place
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Google Forms — List Form Responses
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Survey Analyst")
- Then Taskade — Create Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Survey Analyst" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your survey questions and the themes you track, remembers the themes it reported in earlier weeks, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
