What does this Google Forms automation do?
Feedback is classified by topic and lands as a task in the owning team’s project.
What can you do with it?
- Stop one inbox forwarding to five teams
- Get feedback to the people who can act on it
- Report on feedback volume by area
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Google Forms — New Response
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Feedback Router")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Feedback Router" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows each team’s remit and your product areas, remembers where similar feedback landed before, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by your other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for companies with a general feedback form. Feedback is classified by topic and lands as a task in the owning team’s project.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
