- When Schedule — Every Day
- Then Gmail — Find Email(s)

Built for managers and founders copied on everything. Once a day the inbox is searched, the messages are summarized into one readable brief, and that brief is the only mail you get.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Every Day" from Schedule.
- Add the action "Find Email(s)" from Gmail.
- Add the action "Generate with AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add the action "Send Email" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
