What does this automation do?
A submitted request is read by an agent, written up as a proper document, and the person who needs to act on it is emailed the link.
What can you do with it?
- Turn a row of answers into something a human can read
- Get the write-up into Docs where the rest of the record lives
- Tell the right person it exists without a manual message
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Form Submitted
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Intake Writer")
- Then Google Docs — Create Document
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Intake Writer" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your request types and what each team needs to see, remembers how earlier submissions of this kind were written up, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for ops teams whose intake arrives as form rows nobody reads. A submitted request is read by an agent, written up as a proper document, and the person who needs to act on it is emailed the link.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.

Prefer to describe it instead? Click Build this flow with AI above and Taskade wires the trigger, the steps, and the agent for you.
