Built for teams who receive more documents than anyone can read. A document appearing in the watched folder is read, condensed into a short summary, and filed as a task with the summary attached.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "New Document" from Google Docs.
- Add the action "Read Document" from Google Docs.
- Add the action "Ask AI" from Taskade AI.
- Add the action "Add Task" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
