What does this automation do?
A new video is transcribed in full, read by an agent that knows your content pillars, and reduced to the points worth acting on.
What can you do with it?
- Get the substance of a long video without watching it
- Catch what a competitor or a partner announced the day it lands
- Tag the project so the coverage is reviewable as a set
The Steps
This automation runs in 5 steps:
- When YouTube — New Video
- Then Media — Transcribe YouTube Video
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Content Scout")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
- Then Taskade — Tag Project
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Content Scout" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your content pillars and your audience, remembers the themes it has already flagged, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for content, marketing and competitive-intelligence teams. A new video is transcribed in full, read by an agent that knows your content pillars, and reduced to the points worth acting on.
