Build me a flexitime app. From each person contracted hours and their actual recorded hours, calculate their running balance of time owed or time in deficit, per period and cumulatively. Set a maximum balance in both directions, so neither a large credit nor a large deficit can build unnoticed. Let someone request to take time back, which routes for approval like any other absence and reduces the balance when taken. Show each person their own balance and history. Add an AI agent that reviews balances and tells me who is steadily accumulating time, since that is a workload problem rather than a flexitime one, who is close to a limit, and who has a large balance they are unlikely to be able to take, and suggests when they realistically could.
