🚪 Give Customers Their Own Quote Portal

Turn the way you already price work into an app that sends, chases, and closes quotes on its own. These prompts build the whole estimate loop: a price book you control, a builder that does the arithmetic, a link the customer accepts with one tap, and the follow-up that happens whether or not you remember.

My customers lose the quote emails I send them. Build me a customer quote portal. Each customer signs in and sees only their own quotes, open and historical, with the line items, the totals, the validity dates and the current status. They can accept, decline, or ask a question on any open quote, and download the documents from work already done. Make absolutely sure one customer can never see another customer's records, and let me test that with a second account before I share the link. Add an AI agent in the portal that answers questions using only that customer's own records, such as what was included last time or when a quote expires, and hands anything else to me. Automate a notification to me whenever a customer asks a question or accepts, and a scheduled monthly note to customers with a quote about to expire. Two logins: a customer who sees only their own records, and an owner who sees everything.

Give Customers Their Own Quote Portal

Give every customer one signed-in link showing their quotes, documents, and history, with accept and decline built in.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

Customers lose emails. A portal gives them one address for everything you have quoted, which removes the most common reason a quote goes quiet.

What's Included

  • One link per customer showing their open and historical quotes.
  • Accept, decline, or ask directly on each quote.
  • Documents in one place including accepted scopes and past work.
  • An assistant that answers their questions from their own records only.

How To Use

  1. Give each customer their own login and match their records to it.
  2. Test with a second account before you send the first link out.
  3. Keep historical quotes visible. Repeat customers reorder from them.
  4. Let them ask a question in the portal rather than in a reply chain.

Add your own domain on Business plans and above, and extend the portal with client portal prompts.
