This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Week
- Then Taskade — Find Task(s)
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Board Historian")
- Then Taskade — Create Project

How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Every Week" from Schedule.
- Add the action "Find Task(s)" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Ask Agent" from Taskade AI. Point it at an agent called "Board Historian".
- Add the action "Create Project" from Taskade.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
