2. Then Google Tasks — List Tasks

4. Then Taskade — Create Project
5. Then Google Tasks — Clear Completed Tasks

How do you set it up?

• Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
• Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
• Add the trigger "Every Month" from Schedule.
• Add the action "List Tasks" from Google Tasks.
• Add the action "Generate with AI" from Taskade AI.
• Add the action "Create Project" from Taskade.
• Add the action "Clear Completed Tasks" from Google Tasks.
• Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
