2. Then Google Tasks — List Tasks
3. Then Taskade AI — Write with AI
4. Then Taskade — Create Project
5. Then Google Tasks — Clear Completed Tasks

Built for anyone whose list has a year of ticked items in it. Everything closed this month is listed and written up as a record first, and only then cleared out of the list.

How do you set it up?

• Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
• Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
• Add the trigger "Every month" from Schedule.
• Add the action "List Tasks" from Google Tasks.
• Add the action "Write with AI" from Taskade AI.
• Add the action "Create Project" from Taskade.
• Add the action "Clear Completed Tasks" from Google Tasks.
• Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
