What does this automation do?
Inbound support mail is handled by three agents at once — one triages, one drafts the fix, one decides whether a human has to step in.
What can you do with it?
- Triage, draft and escalate in a single automated pass
- Reserve human attention for the tickets that genuinely need it
- Keep tier-one quality steady on the days volume spikes
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Gmail — New Email
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent Team ("Support Desk")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Support Desk" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent team — Triage, Solutions, Escalation Lead — that knows your help center, SLAs and refund policy, remembers how similar tickets were resolved, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for support teams that need tiering without more headcount. Inbound support mail is handled by three agents at once — one triages, one drafts the fix, one decides whether a human has to step in.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
