What does this automation do?
Each morning an agent that knows your goals and your open projects writes the briefing you would have written yourself, and emails it.
What can you do with it?
- Start the day with the three things that actually moved
- Get a briefing shaped by your goals, not a generic digest
- Let yesterday’s briefing inform today’s, because the agent remembers it
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Schedule — Every Day
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Chief of Staff")
- Then Taskade — Send Email
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Chief of Staff" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your goals, active projects and standing priorities, remembers what it flagged in yesterday’s briefing, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for founders and team leads who want the day pre-read. Each morning an agent that knows your goals and your open projects writes the briefing you would have written yourself, and emails it.
