What does this automation do?
A completed intake form starts a proposal team — scope, price and prose handled by three agents, delivered as a document ready to review.
What can you do with it?
- Get a first-draft proposal the day the enquiry arrives
- Price against your real rate card, not from memory
- Keep every proposal in one structure a client can compare
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Typeform — New Submission
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent Team ("Proposal Room")
- Then Google Docs — Create Document
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Proposal Room" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent team — Scoping Lead, Pricing Analyst, Proposal Writer — that knows your rate card, scope templates and past proposals, remembers which proposals were accepted, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for agencies and consultancies quoting custom work. A completed intake form starts a proposal team — scope, price and prose handled by three agents, delivered as a document ready to review.
