What does this automation do?
A form response is read by an agent that knows your teams and routing rules, then assigned to the person who should actually own it.
What can you do with it?
- Route intake by what the request says, not by which box was ticked
- Assign an owner at submission instead of at the weekly triage
- Keep routing consistent as the form and the teams change
The Steps
This automation runs in 4 steps:
- When Google Forms — New Response
- Then Taskade AI — Ask Agent ("Intake Router")
- Then Taskade — Add Task
- Then Taskade — Assign Task
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Intake Router" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your teams, service lines and routing rules, remembers where similar requests were sent before, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for teams whose intake form feeds more than one team. A form response is read by an agent that knows your teams and routing rules, then assigned to the person who should actually own it.
How do you set it up?
