What does this automation do?
A question in your community is answered in the channel by an agent that knows your docs and remembers what the community keeps asking.
What can you do with it?
- Answer the common question in seconds, in public, in the channel
- Answer from your own documentation rather than a generic model
- Spot the repeat questions worth a proper guide
The Steps
This automation runs in 3 steps:
- When Discord — New Message
- Then Taskade — Send Message in Agent Chat ("Community Guide")
- Then Discord — Send Message
What makes this different from a Zapier-style flow?
The "Community Guide" step is not a one-off model call. It is a Taskade AI agent that knows your product docs, FAQ and community rules, remembers the questions the community keeps asking, so every run builds on the last one instead of starting from an empty prompt.
A stateless "ask the model" step forgets everything the moment it returns. An agent keeps its knowledge and its memory between runs, carries its own tools, and can be handed work by other automations.
Who is this automation for?
Built for community managers running a busy server. A question in your community is answered in the channel by an agent that knows your docs and remembers what the community keeps asking.
