Short jobs far away cost me money and I keep taking them. Build me a callout pricing app. Keep distance bands from my base, each with its own callout fee, and a minimum charge per visit that applies regardless of how short the work is. Add loading percentages for out-of-hours, weekend and emergency work. When I quote a job, take the customer's address, place it in a band, and add the correct callout and minimum automatically so I never forget it. Record the actual travel time and distance on completed jobs. Add an AI agent that compares the fees charged against the travel actually incurred and tells me which bands are underpriced and which customer areas are costing me money overall. Automate a scheduled monthly report on travel cost recovery by band. Two logins: an office administrator who quotes and books, and an owner who sets the bands and loadings.
