Build me a tool onboarding app. Define one sequence every tool follows: business case, security and vendor assessment, data protection review, contract and cost approval, configuration and access setup, training, and registration in the inventory, each with an owner, a typical duration and any dependency on an earlier step. Show each request on a board with where it is, who it is waiting on and how long it has been there. Provide an expedited path for genuinely urgent cases that shortens the time allowed for each step rather than removing steps, and record who authorized the expedition. Where a step is genuinely waived, require a named person and a written reason. Add an AI agent that reviews requests in flight, flags anything stalled on one step, anything approaching go live with steps incomplete, and drafts the chase for whoever is holding it up. Automate two things: reminders to step owners, and an alert to the governance owner when a tool is close to going live with outstanding steps.
