Taskade Genesis gives you five places to start a build, and this tutorial walks through each one. You can type your own prompt, pick a category template, or copy a prompt from the Prompt Library. You can also start from a connected tool or clone an app from the Community Gallery. The video uses a CRM that tracks leads and a dashboard for team progress as example ideas.

Key steps

1. Describe your problem or idea in plain words in the prompt box.
2. Open a category button under the prompt box, such as Dashboards, Websites, or Tools, for ready-made options.
3. Browse the Prompt Library by category, copy a prompt, and use it as your starting point.
4. Start from the connect section when the app must work with Gmail, Google Sheets, Stripe, or another tool.
5. Clone an app from the Community Gallery into your workspace, then change it to fit your work.
6. Upload PDFs, images, or spreadsheets as context, so the app starts from your own data.

Before you click Publish, Taskade Genesis runs a visual check on the app it built. It corrects layout and logic problems on its own. The first version you see already works.

Taskade Genesis builds an inventory manager from the Inventory option in the Dashboards menu in this short showcase. The app opens on an overview with total stock value, top expenses, quick actions, and recent transactions. An inventory page shows each item with its current stock and reorder point. A supplier directory project holds the contact, category, and average lead time for each supplier. The clip has no narration, so this summary comes from the screen.

Key steps

1. Open the Dashboards menu under the prompt box and pick Inventory, or describe your own stock system.
2. Send the prompt and let Taskade Genesis generate the app.
3. Open the inventory page to see stock levels and reorder points.
4. Open the supplier directory project to edit supplier details. The app reads the same project, so the change shows in the app.

Taskade Genesis builds a complete app from one description, and this short video follows it from the prompt to a live link. Taskade EVE asks two questions before it builds. TSK-1, the Taskade System Kernel, then builds on top of your projects, agents, media, and automations. You change the result by clicking it, generate images in chat, and publish with one button.

Key steps

1. Describe what the app is for. Answer the two questions that Taskade EVE asks before it builds.
2. Open the workspace tabs to see what it built: projects, agents, media, and automations.
3. Click an element in the preview and describe the change in plain words.
4. Ask for an image in chat. The image saves to the Media tab with your other files.
5. Click Publish to get a live link.

TSK-1 runs on Auto by default, so you do not pick a model for each step.

Built-in analytics for a published app.

App Analytics shows who visits a published Taskade Genesis app, with no tags to install and no Google Analytics setup. The video publishes a portfolio app, then opens its analytics: real-time visitors, page views, locations, devices, and browsers. The video says that every published app includes analytics. Your own numbers need the Business plan or above. On other plans, the Analytics tab shows a sample dashboard.
