Built for teams reporting to a client or leadership group in chat. Every week the project is exported and the file is sent straight into Telegram, so nobody has to go looking for it.
How do you set it up?
- Open the "Automations" tab in your workspace.
- Click ➕ Add automation, then start from scratch.
- Add the trigger "Every Week" from Schedule.
- Add the action "Export Project" from Taskade.
- Add the action "Send Document" from Telegram Bot.
- Enable the toggle in the top-right corner to activate the automation.
