A rocky first week loses good hires. This onboarding agent walks each new employee through paperwork, training, and first-week tasks, and tells managers who's stuck, so a small team makes every start feel handled.
What's Included
- Guided steps: the new hire always knows what's next.
- Manager view: progress and blockers surfaced.
- Auto nudges: triggers remind people of missing items.
- Reusable: the same flow for every hire.
How To Use
- Clone the agent and set your onboarding steps.
- Add a new hire.
- Let it guide them through.
- Watch progress and step in only when needed.
