🔍 Find the Cover Your Clients Are Missing

Run a book of business without letting a renewal slip. These prompts build what an agent or broker actually needs: every policy with its renewal date, commission you can check, claims tracked from notification to settlement, and a client portal that answers the routine questions. The renewal date does the work, because it is a reminder that repeats every year on its own.

Most of my new business should come from clients I already have, but I never spot the gaps. Build me a coverage gap app. Keep cover profiles as editable records, one per client type or industry, listing the policies a business like that would normally carry and a note on why each matters. Compare every client actual policies against the profile for their type and produce a gap list per client. Rank gaps by the exposure they represent rather than by the premium they would earn, so the advice is honest. Record where a client has been offered a cover and declined it, with the date and reason, so I never re-pitch something they have already considered and so there is a record if a loss ever occurs. Add an AI agent that reviews a client before their renewal and prepares talking points about the gaps in plain language, framed as risk rather than as a sale. Automate two things: attach the gap analysis to a renewal when it starts, and a scheduled quarterly report of the largest uncovered exposures across the book. Two logins: an agent who sees their own clients, and an owner who sees the whole analysis.

Find the Cover Your Clients Are Missing

Compare each client cover against a profile for their business type, rank gaps by exposure, and prepare the conversation.

// the spark catches · intelligence awakens · the answer unfolds

The easiest new business is already in your book. This compares each client against a profile of what their type of business normally carries and lists the gaps worth a call.

What's Included

  • A cover profile per client type that you define and maintain.
  • Held against expected so the gap is a list, not a hunch.
  • Gaps ranked by exposure rather than by premium.
  • An assistant that drafts the conversation, not a sales email.

How To Use

  1. Build profiles from what you actually see, not from a generic checklist.
  2. Rank by exposure. The biggest gap is rarely the biggest premium.
  3. Raise gaps at renewal when the client is already thinking about cover.
  4. Record when a client declines, and why. It matters later.

Work it into the renewal engine, and track the outcome in retention analysis.
